Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
